Everything You Need to Know About Scheduling and Policies

How Does Our Scheduling Work?

Scheduling a tutoring session is designed to be quick, flexible, and hassle-free. We understand that every family has a different schedule, so we’ve created a simple booking process to help you find a time that works best for your student.

A Quick Note About Booking:
As we finalize our scheduling system, you are currently able to book one tutoring session per checkout. If you need to schedule multiple sessions, you will need to complete a separate checkout for each session. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through this transition and continue improving your scheduling experience.

Your Guide to Scheduling a Session:

  • Step 1 - Book Online

    • Click the “Book Online Now” button in the top-right corner of the menu.

  • Step 2 - Choose Your Tutor

    • Browse our available tutors and select the tutor who is the best fit for your student. Click “Book Now” next to the tutor’s name.

  • Step 3 - Select a Tutoring Service

    • Review the available tutoring services and descriptions to find the option that best fits your student’s needs. When you’re ready, click “Book Now” at either the top or bottom of the page.

  • Step 4 - Choose a Date & Time

    • Select a date and time that works best for your student’s schedule from the available options.

  • Step 5 - Complete Your Booking

    • Fill out all required information, review your booking details, and complete payment to confirm your session.

  • After You Book

    • Once your session has been successfully booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all of the important details, including your student’s tutoring time, location, and assigned tutor. You can view your upcoming bookings or receipts under your account in the upper right hand corner.

    • If you need to make changes to your session, go to "My Bookings" under your account name to reschedule or cancel sessions. 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a tutoring session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session rate.

Payment Options & Processing

We believe quality tutoring should be straightforward. That's why every subject we offer is available at one simple rate of $90 per hour. Every session is focused, personalized, and designed to make the most of your student's time.

    • All Major Credit & Debit Cards​

    • PayPal & Venmo

    • Apple Pay & Google Pay

    • Afterpay, Affirm, Klarna

  • Other Accepted Forms of Payment With Prior Communication

Payment Options & Plans:

  • Pay in Full When Booking a Session During Checkout

    • Payment Plans Are Available Through Afterpay, Affirm, and Klarna.​

Our Scheduling & Tutoring Policies 

Our tutoring policies are designed to create a positive, productive experience for every student and family. By establishing clear expectations for scheduling, cancellations, attendance, communication, and payments, we can ensure each session runs smoothly and every student receives the support they deserve. We encourage all families to review these policies before their first session so everyone knows what to expect. If you ever have questions or need clarification, we're always happy to help.

Scheduling Policy

Tutoring sessions are scheduled in advance to ensure consistent availability for each student. Families may request one-time or recurring sessions based on availability. We recommend booking early, especially during busy times of the school year, to secure your preferred day and time. All appointments are confirmed before the scheduled session.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full session fee unless the cancellation is due to an emergency. We will try to accommodate rescheduling requests based on availability.

Attendance Policy

Students are expected to arrive on time and be prepared for each session with any necessary materials or devices. Late arrivals will receive the remainder of their scheduled session, as extending sessions will affect other appointments. If a student is 15 minutes late without prior communication, the session will be considered a no-show.

Privacy Policy

Your family's privacy is important to us. All personal information, academic records, and communication shared with us are kept confidential and used solely for scheduling, tutoring, and student support. We do not sell, share, or distribute your information to third parties except when required by law or with your permission. Student progress and personal information will only be discussed with authorized parents or guardians when appropriate.

Communication Policy

We believe open communication is key to student success. Families are encouraged to reach out with questions, scheduling requests, or academic concerns at any time. We strive to respond to messages within one business day and will provide updates on student progress when appropriate. Parents are always welcome to discuss goals, challenges, or adjustments to their student's tutoring plan.

Payment Policy

Tutoring sessions are billed at $90 per hour. Payment is due before or at the time of each session unless another arrangement has been made. We accept the payment methods listed during booking. A receipt or payment confirmation will be provided once payment has been successfully processed. Any unpaid balances must be settled before future sessions can be scheduled.
